The courtyard serves as a striking outdoor set, anchored by a grand curved wooden entry door framed with blooming bougainvillea. The expansive patio features a working outdoor fireplace and panoramic 180-degree ocean views. This space easily transforms into restaurant scenes, outdoor dining, social gatherings, or estate-style entertaining moments. Its open layout allows for flexible camera angles and crew movement. 

Beyond the courtyard, a gently sloping lawn and vineyard hillside offer layered visuals of vines, ocean, and sky. A grass knoll provides elevated sightlines, while stone steps lead directly into the working vineyard below. Hidden garden paths and scenic overlooks add intimate, character-rich settings for lifestyle, romantic, or contemplative scenes. Catalina View Gardens is fully equipped to support professional productions, with an access road capable of accommodating 70-foot production trucks. On-site parking is available for large crews, with nearby off-site parking options for expanded basecamps. The property includes water, electrical service, and restroom access, ensuring efficient production flow. A 7,500-square-foot oceanview mansion—currently under construction and available for filming—adds an additional estate-scale backdrop.
